Introduced the light component.

Adopted rgb_light.
Added brightness based on photodiode voltage.
Added warn levels for particle dust.
Removed actions out of sensors. Will be replaced by actions based on warn lavels.

All values (brightness / colors / voltage) still uncalibrated.
