Additionally to created_when a updated_when could be populated and shown. Migration hell I hear you again -.-

The place detail view lacks the display of meta data, like who submitted the place when (already tracked, no change in model required) and when it was last updated (needs model change). There should also be a display for fav’s and rating, but theses features are not implemented yet.

This feature will be stalled until the fav and rating system are done.
