When searching for new lost places, sometimes it is hard being really sure about it’s abandonment. For example, when examining ortho or satellite photos some places seem to be lost, but most of the time that is not very clear.

Therefor a logged in user should be able to create a nomination/proposal for lost place. This should be just a place flagged as ‘not verified’, but the creation should be triggered using a seperate ‘create proposal’ button.

Other users should be able to confirm a lost place. When done so, the place is flagged as verified. Places that are added using the ‘Add place’ button should be flagged as ‘verified’ immediately.

In the future, the verification process should be enhanced, but let’s keep it simple for now. Also there are ideas for other states, such as ‘demolished’ or ‘revived’. Keep that in mind when implementing this task.
