If a place has no images, the space for the image in the teaser (place list e.g.) is white. There should be a default image indicating the absence of an image.

Dumped a suitable missing-image image to /static/images/missing_image.png. Nothing else done with it. 4c5b9c7648

Done 2380398fa9 , although I replaced the image
